Sonic soak 

Govanhill Baths Community Trust, Govanhill Baths Art And Regeneration Team and 85A present A Sonic Soak. 
A two day celebration of sound and music, exploring the sonic properties and resonance of Govanhill Baths. The currently empty main swimming pool of the Govanhill Baths will be transformed into a performance arena for the weekend of the 21st (11am-8pm) and 22nd of August(2-8pm).

The Baths will be host to an eclectic range of musicians and sound artists who are both local and from further afield. The event will also draw from the range of different cultures in the local community.

It is free event open to everyone. The line up will be announced shortly. Numbers will be limited so to guarantee entry pick up a ticket from the office, 126 Calder Street.

for the green space in the Pollokshields, we could look from above at the collection of coloured boxes that everyone is holding up, like a yellow brick road but seen from above...everybody is holding a 'brick' or balloons, we could do it with balloons.... 

what about for Annette St? Govanhill? would like to dance the SWING, learn to do it with the Dance Factory upstairs from baths and then we could, with a partner, dance on the INTERSECTION....or in Queens Park.....in a suit, ballgown etc....!!!!
